Faiz Muhammad

Director

Mr. Faiz Muhammad is a visionary leader whose career spans more than three decades of service, leadership, and impact across humanitarian, industrial, and nonprofit sectors. With a unique blend of expertise in disaster management, refugee response, economic zone development, industrial operations, and capacity building, he has consistently delivered transformative results at both national and international levels.

He has held pivotal leadership roles with the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Commissionerate Afghan Refugees, Norwegian Refugee Council, TUSDEC, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC), spearheading initiatives that improved lives, strengthened institutions, and fostered sustainable development. His reputation for strategic vision, integrity, and excellence has earned him recognition from governments, UN agencies, and global donors alike.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Faiz Muhammad is an internationally acclaimed sports figure, having served as an Olympic and World Cup Hockey Umpire, and currently as Chairman of the Asian Hockey Federation Umpiring Committee a testament to his leadership, discipline, and global standing.

As Promoter and Director, he brings not only vast experience and wisdom, but also an unwavering commitment to empowering communities, building resilience, and advancing sustainable change. His guidance continues to inspire the mission and drive the long-term vision of the foundation.

Shabana Saifullah

Director

Ms. Shabana Saifullah is a dedicated social leader with more than 15 years of experience in community development, women empowerment, and governance. She has worked extensively with government institutions, NGOs, and international organizations to create sustainable solutions for education, skill development, and social welfare.

She served as Training Coordinator at the Skill Development Council, Peshawar, she plays a vital role in advancing technical and vocational education for women, ensuring that training programs are demand driven and impactful. Her earlier work with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) strengthened her expertise in social work, community mobilization, and support services for vulnerable groups, while her tenure as an elected Councilor in the Local Government Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa highlighted her leadership in governance, conflict resolution, and grassroots development.

Ms. Saifullah has also contributed to numerous capacity-building initiatives, including workshops on women’s political participation, gender-based governance, disaster risk management, and leadership development. Her career reflects a lifelong commitment to empowering communities, promoting gender equality, and fostering inclusive development.

As Director of our foundation, she brings invaluable experience, vision, and compassion, helping to guide our mission of social change and community empowerment.

Dr. Syed Humayun Shah

Director

Dr. Syed Humayun Shah is a distinguished medical educationist, researcher, and administrator with over four decades of service in healthcare, teaching, and institutional leadership. A graduate of Khyber Medical College (MBBS, 1973), he advanced his academic journey with D.C.P (1981), M.Phil in Histopathology (1987), and later earned the title of Fellow of the College of Pathologists, Pakistan (2008).

Throughout his career, Dr. Syed Humayun Shah has held prestigious positions including Professor of Pathology, Vice Principal, and Principal at Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad; Principal and Chief Executive of Gomal Medical College and DHQ Teaching Hospital, D.I. Khan; and Head of Pathology at multiple leading medical institutions. His visionary leadership was instrumental in gaining PMDC recognition for Gomal Medical College, establishing modern laboratories, upgrading teaching hospitals, and spearheading the construction of new academic and healthcare facilities.

As an accomplished researcher, Dr. Shah has published over 100 scientific papers in national and international journals, authored academic books, and served as Chief Editor of the Gomal Journal of Medical Sciences and Editor of the Journal of Ayub Medical College. He has also been a recognized examiner for leading universities across Pakistan and has organized numerous workshops, contributing significantly to capacity building in pathology and medical sciences.

His outstanding contributions to medicine earned him recognition as a Meritorious Professor (BS-21) by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with a lifelong commitment to excellence in healthcare, medical education, and community service, Dr. Syed Humayun Shah brings unparalleled expertise and vision to our foundation as Director.
